<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference minutes processing apparatus by which a participant can easily find an item that the participant wants to retrieve from the prepared conference minutes by improving operability by allowing the participant to share an input means during a meeting. <P>SOLUTION: In a step S302, additional information, handwritten character information, biological information, and the like are input, and in a step S304, the handwritten character information is associated with the input person, entries of conference minutes are further generated from the handwritten character information, prescribed materials and the biological information, and a plurality of entries of conference minutes are put together to prepare conference minutes.
