PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker that achieves thinning, increases the sound pressure of a high output, and reduces distortions of sound of a speaker. SOLUTION: A first magnet and a second magnet are arranged in a slanting direction or in a nearly horizontal direction, a magnetic gap is provided in a clearance between the first and second magnets, and a voice coil is arranged freely movable in the magnetic gap. A vibrating plate is connected with the voice coil, and the first magnet is provided on the upper surface of the central part of a yoke and the second magnet is provided on the lower surface of the upper part of the yoke at the outside position of the first magnet.
