PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reconstructing a network by using communication history even when a communication terminal which is not adaptable to the communication system of an existing network requires to join in the network concerned. SOLUTION: A communication system is provided with a first communication terminal which is adaptable to communication based on a plurality of communication systems and a second communication terminal which is adaptable to communication based on any one of communication systems to which the first communication terminal is adaptable. The first communication terminal transmits a report signal including network information, and when a network based on any one of the communication systems to which the first communication terminal itself is adaptable is formed and a report signal including the information of a network different from the formed network from the second communication terminal, communication history with the second communication terminal is confirmed on the basis of the received report signal and joins in the network formed by the second communication terminal on the basis of the confirmed communication history.
