PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a device by suppressing a redundant interrupt process. SOLUTION: An INTC 212 controls an interrupt process request caused by a predetermined interrupt factor. An MSI requesting part 305 obtains an interrupt process request signal including a message number associated with at least more than two interrupt factors and requests the issuing of an MSI packet including the message number.
