<p>Title derivs of formula (I): (where R1 is methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, propyl, sec. butyl, t-butyl, t-pentyl, 3-pentyl, cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, 3-cyanopropyl or 3-phenylpropyl and R2 is H, CH3 or C2H5, R2 not being H when R1 is isopropyl, sec. butyl, t-butyl or cyclopropyl) and their acid addn. salts are prepd. by reacting a cpd. of formula (IIa) and/or (IIb) (where X is F, Cl, Br or I) with R1-NH2 and opt. converting the prod. into an acid addn. salt. (I) antagonize the positive inotropic effect of adrenaline on the isolated guinea-pig heart and isoprenaline-induced tachycardia and hypotension in intact animals.</p> |
