PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a depletion type transistor arranged between the gate of an output transistor with a source follower configuration and an output terminal to which a load is connected is put in an ON state although it should be put in an OFF state when the output transistor is put in an ON state. SOLUTION: The ON/OFF control voltages to a depletion type transistor arranged between the gate of an output transistor with a source follower configuration and an output terminal to which a load is connected are supplied to both a control terminal (gate) and a substrate terminal (back gate) of the depletion transistor.
