The intermediate layer: downwardly forms an inner chamber (6), which is sealed at the sides and in which a free foam (7) is expanded under given thermal conditions; consists of a flexible material; and forms a membrane, which serves as contamination protection for the lower part. The upper section is designed so that the ascent behavior of the free foam, which expands in the inner chamber, is meteorologically recorded.
