A drive device of component assembly facility is provided to control the movement of a safety belt which transfers components in order to prevent the malfunction of the drive device. A drive device of component assembly facility comprises the following units. A rotatable cam plate(10) is formed on the front side of a vertical frame. A horizontal moving plate(20) is formed in the upper part of a first horizontal moving body. A first vertical moving body is moved up and down according to the rotation of the rotatable cam plate. A vertical moving plate(30) is connected to a connecting member(37) and composed of a second vertical moving body. An elastic return unit(40) consists of springs(43) connecting a first holding unit(41) to a second holding unit(42).
