PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly cope with a change in a layout by dispensing with laying of a power supply line for supplying electric power. SOLUTION: The actuator 3 includes an incoming antenna 3-12, a rectifying part 3-8 and a storage part 3-9. The incoming antenna 3-12 receives an electromagnetic wave of a frequency f1 transmitted from an air conditioning controller 1, and the rectifying part 3-8 converts the energy of the electromagnetic wave into DC power and extracts the DC power to be stored in the storage part 3-9. The power required by the actuator 3 is provided by the DC power stored in the storage part 3-9. Furthermore, the incoming antenna 3-12 is eliminated to use a data transmission/reception antenna 3-11 as the incoming antenna. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
