PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of the noise associated with the change of the speed change mode in a vehicular sub transmission of a vehicle in which the rotational force of an internal combustion engine is inputted via an automatic transmission with a torque converter. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism 40 is provided on a fork shaft 17 which is connected to a motor 30 via a waiting mechanism 20 to displace a sleeve 16 in the extending direction of a rotary shaft of an output shaft 15 based on the driving force of the motor 30. The lock mechanism 40 regulates the displacement of the sleeve 16 in an engaged state with a spline 11a for a normal mode when changing the speed change mode, and a spiral spring 23 of the waiting mechanism 20 is deformed. On the other hand, the lock mechanism 40 releases its regulation when the spiral spring 23 is deformed over the predetermined amount. Thus, the sleeve 16 in a neutral state separate from the spline 11a for the normal mode is urged to a spline 14a side for the low-speed mode by the elastic force of the spiral spring 23.
