<p>The invention relates to reprocessing high-moisture organic waste materials of biological nature into carbon-containing moulds without losing the combustion and/or soil fertility and soil structure improving properties of said organic waste materials. High-moisture organic waste materials of biological nature such as depositions of sewage water treatment and/or animal manure, and/or chicken manure, and/or lignine are used as components. Prior to moulding, each component or a mixture of components is dried to a humidity equal to or less than 40% and a moulding process is carried out at a pressure equal to or less than 120MPa. The components or mixtures thereof are dried by the direct contact between a drying agent and the components or the mixture thereof, wherein either a fume gas, the oxygen content of which is less than 14%, is used at a temperature lower than 500°C, or drying is carried out without the direct contact with a drying agent, wherein the drying agent is in the form of the superheated water steam, a mineral oil or vapour. The thus produced carbon-containing moulds are used as a fuel, a soil fertiliser or a soil-structuring agent.</p> |
