<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bi-drectional drive circuit of a non-resonance LED that can reduce size, weight, and cost. <P>SOLUTION: With pulsed power as a power supply, a first impedance Z101 is constituted by a capacitive impedance component, an inductive impedance component, or a resistive impedance component. The capacitive impedance component and the inductive impedance component I200 are connected in parallel, thus constituting a second impedance Z102. The first impedance Z101 and the second impedance Z102 are connected in series, and pulsed DC power is input to both the ends. Divided power is formed at both the ends of the second impedance Z102.
