PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication traffic between master/worker during job processing by assigning a jog group in which jobs whose execution time is short are bundled. SOLUTION: In a grid computing system 100, a master M generates a job group by binding jobs (for example, analytic programs) whose execution time is short by the number of jobs calculated based on the processing performance of a worker W at the destination of allocation and a communication time between master M/worker W, and inputs the job group to the destination of allocation. Then, the worker W executes the input job group, and returns the processing result to the master M. In this case, the processing result of the job is not returned by job units but returned by job group units.
