A guide rail equipped with a shock absorbing roller is provided to heighten the strength of a post of a guide rail, and to prevent a vehicle from going over a guiderail. A guide rail equipped with a shock absorbing roller comprises posts(10) installed vertically at regular intervals on a road and composed of a pipe, a guide bar(20) installed to the posts at a level with the ground, a shock absorbing roller(30) installed to the lower part of the posts to be rotatable and composed of a reinforcing pipe for reinforcing a post and an elastic member formed on the outside of the reinforcing pipe, a shock absorbing bracket(40) installed to absorb an impact between the post and the guide bar, and a roller support(50) supporting the shock absorbing roller.
