A tuner is provided to improve an infinite loop of a low noise amplifier by maintaining an arbitrarily set automatic gain control signal voltage of a user within a range of a hysteresis characteristic. A tuner includes an attenuator(21), an amplifier(22), an inverter(23), and a demodulation integrated circuit(24). The attenuator attenuates a high frequency signal according to an automatic gain control signal voltage. The amplifier amplifies a high frequency signal. The inverter inverts an automatic gain control signal of the amplifier and outputs the inverted signal. The demodulation integrated circuit controls the attenuator and the amplifier by setting the automatic gain control signal as an automatic or arbitrary voltage according to an input level. |
