A connector of a vehicle shift cable for reducing vibration and noise is provided to prevent vibration and noise generated by a transmission from being transmitted into a vehicle room via a shift cable, thereby securing silent room environment and preventing damages to parts due to the vibration. A connector of a vehicle shift cable for reducing vibration and noise includes an end shaft(10) connected to a cable, a connecting element(20) formed with a through-hole inserted by the end shaft, a rubber damper(30) formed with a central through-hole inserted by a transmission and upper and lower flange parts(32), a lower cover(40) formed with an insertion hole(41) inserted by a connection pin of the transmission, a flange part(42) at a lower part and a screw part at an upper part, and a gap(70) formed between the rubber damper and the lower cover for the right and left movement of the lower cover.
