Machining centre with clamp device for the rotary workpiece table

The machining center has a rigid form housing (4) and a workpiece table (1) pivoted in the housing by a roller bearing (5). The clamping piece is pre-stressed in the direction of a clamping disk and placed in its releasing position in fluidically actuated manner. The clamping piece stays below the impact of multiple springs distributed equally over the surface of the workpiece table. The springs generate the pre-stressing for the clamping piece.
