A waist backing chair for a complex waist support is provided to support the selected portion by complex elasticity of horizontal, vertical and rotational directions after finishing taking a seat while following the selected portion by selectively closely adhering the chair to a waist region to be supported while sitting on the chair. A waist backing chair for a complex waist supporter comprises a supporter connecting a waist support(3) to a backrest-fixing plate. The supporter comprises: a backrest side elastic arm(7) longitudinally extending in a downward direction from the backrest-fixing plate; a distortion coil spring(5) consecutively formed on a lower end of the backrest side elastic arm; and a waist backing side elastic arm(9) formed on the distortion coil spring and inclined in a front upward direction, and which has the waist support connected to an end thereof. The waist support has a connector(19) attached to the back side thereof. The connector has a front end of the waist backing side elastic arm connected thereto by a washer(13) and a screw(15). The backrest side elastic arm has a bracket(11) adhered to a front end thereof in a state that a slot(25) is formed in the bracket. The backrest-fixing plate has a connecting part formed on the front side thereof to connect the bracket to the backrest-fixing plate by a bolt.
