A method for preparing a bean powder fermented product is provided to show flexibility even in thermal treatment, thereby being used as an ingredient for noodles, bread and snacks. A method for preparing a bean powder fermented product comprises: a first step of preparing a bean powder solution; a second step of inoculating lactic acid bacteria of Bacillus sp. microorganisms to the bean powder solution; and a third step of fermenting the inoculated bean powder solution so that the dried bean powder fermented product has a flexible property. The dried bean powder fermented product is characterized by its flexible properties even in thermal treatment. |
