A spiral hose using polyethylene is provided to improve productivity by simplifying manufacturing processes and improve the durability of a hose by strongly coupling a coupled portion due to the heat sealing of identical elements. A spiral hose is formed by winding a strip-shaped polyethylene member(50) having uniform side sections in a coil shape. The side section structure of the polyethylene member is bent many times to form a protrusion(52) and a groove(54) at both adjacent sides. The end of the protrusion and the end of the groove which are contacted by winding the polyethylene member in a coil shape are formed in a hose shape by thermally being fused with being laminated.
