A roll crusher is provided to allow the crushing tip of a crushing piece or an adapter to be exchanged, thereby reducing the maintenance cost. A roll crusher comprises a pulverization tub which has an input hole(12), an output hole(13) and a crushing space(11); a dispersion feeder(20) which is installed at the input hole side of the pulverization tub through a vibration motor to disperse and supply the waste to the pulverization tub; and first and second crushing rollers(30,40) which comprise a rotation shaft revolving by a driving source, and first and second crushing pieces of different size arranged alternatively and repeatedly along the shaft direction in the rotation shaft, and are installed in a row by a certain interval in the crushing space of the pulverization tub to pulverize the waste injected into the crushing space. The waste is inserted into the circumference of the first crushing piece having a relatively larger diameter so as to allow the crushing groove inducing the surface pulverization of the waste to be formed by regular intervals along the circumference direction, and the crushing tip opened toward the circumference of the first crushing piece is combined in the crushing groove so as to be separated.
