A hanging apparatus for banner advertising is provided to improve advertising effect of a banner by installing a banner to be rotated by wind so that walking people can see the banner in various angles. A hanging apparatus includes a bracket, a hanging plate and a flag pole. The bracket(13) is fixed to a fixture(3) through a bolt or a fixing band(1). The hanging plate(10) is attached to the bracket and has an insertion tube(11) which is formed to be inclined from top to bottom. The flag pole(20) has a horizontal rod(23) and a vertical rod(25) for installation of a banner. The horizontal rod is contacted with the inclined surface of the insertion tube and the vertical rod is coupled to the insertion tube so as to be rotated by wind. |
