A crops sorting apparatus is provided to substantially reduce the sorting time and minimize damages of crops in the sorting process, thereby improve market qualities of the crops. A crops sorting apparatus(S) comprises an injection part(100), a drive part(200), a transfer part(300), a sorting part(400), a discharge part(500), and a polygonal-shaped fixed frame. The injection part includes: a conveyor(101) connected to a belt pulley of a reduction gear(201) by a belt(103); and an admission guide panel(102) installed at one side of the conveyor. The drive part includes a drive shaft(210), a drive gear(212), and a drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to the reduction gear by a joint(203). The drive shaft has a drive motor(202), a drive pulley(211) and a drive gear(212) inserted thereonto. The drive shaft is connected to a belt pulley by a belt(205). The drive gear is fixed to driven gears(221) and installed on the drive shaft. The driven shaft is connected between the driven gears by drive chains(230). The transfer part includes first and second transfer gears, first and second guiding pulleys, and first and second rotary shafts. The sorting part includes sorting guides(410) and a plurality of discharge guiding bars(420). The discharge part is located under the discharge guiding bars and installed on the fixed frame. The injection part, drive part, transfer part, sorting part, and discharge part are fixed to the polygonal-shaped fixed frame. |
