A folding locking device of a ventilation window is provided to prevent an accident caused when a portion of the human body of a user gets caught in a handle portion of a locking device in walking, and to offer convenience at construction by minimizing the projecting length of a handle of a locking device. A folding locking device(100) of a ventilation window comprises a frame unit(110) composed of a pair of facing vertical frames(111) and a pair of horizontal frames(112) connecting the facing vertical frames to form a ventilation opening(110a), many shutter units(120) supported to the inside of the frame unit to be rotatable to open and close the ventilation opening of the frame unit, a rotating unit(130) inserted to one of the vertical frames of the frame unit and composed of an interlocking frame(131) installed to work together with one side of the shutter units and a control lever(132) connected with the interlocking frame by a rotary link to transfer rotary power to the shutter units, a guide unit(140) fixed to the outside of the vertical frame where the interlocking frame is installed and provided with a vertical through hole(141) to insert the control lever to be guided and many opening angle control grooves(142) formed on the circumferential surface in the longitudinal direction of the through hole, and a locking unit(150) connected with the control lever to provide a handle and formed to be folded elastically in the lateral direction of the projecting length of the control lever to minimize the projecting length. |
