A rotating support apparatus for a monorail-type mobile automatic monitoring camera is provided for a user to have no necessity to rise to a high camera pillar and work, thereby checking and repairing the monitoring camera safely under the camera pillar. A rotating support apparatus(1) for a monorail-type mobile automatic monitoring camera(5) is wirelessly operated by a monorail(2) installed in the pillar of the automatic monitoring camera. The monorail comes down from pillar frequently. The monorail makes a user easily work. The monorail unites with the camera pillar. A rotating support(9) moves up/down and left/right. A water-proof socket(3) connects video data and a power cable.
