An adhesive coating roller unit is provided to elastically move up and down according to the shapes of a material to be processed and to uniformly coat an adhesive on the surface of the material to be processed. An adhesive coating roller unit comprises a coating unit(100) and a lift roller(200). The coating unit is combined with an adhesive inlet formed on the lower part of a hopper in which the adhesive is accommodated. The coating unit is equipped with a plurality of coating rollers. The lift roller is located at some distance from the coating unit. An operating method for the adhesive coating roller unit comprises the following steps of: inserting a material to be processed between the coating unit and the lift roller; rotating the coating roller; and coating the hopper-accommodated adhesive on the surface of the material to be processed through the external surface of the coating roller. The coating unit is composed of a first coating portion(120), a second coating portion(140) and an adhesive adjustor. |
