Method for determination of level of functional liver malfunction in patients with non-malignant obturation jaundice in peri-operation period prescribed blood sampling and its investigation. One determines ratio between product of values of glykemia of blood (as normal one takes values 3,9±0,4 mmol/l) and glycolyzed hemoglobin (as normal one takes values 5,1±0,28) to index of ratio of concentration of blood albumin (as normal one takes values 49,3±2,0 g/l) and blood fibrinogen (as normal one takes values 3,3±0,30 g/l) with calculation of ratio of value of numerator and denominator (as normal one takes values 1,33±0,277); and at statistically probable (р<0,05) increase of that ratio one determines statement of respective level of functional state of liver malfunction, with determination of indication for support conservative treatment with differential evaluation of effectiveness at stages of peri-operative curing depending on individual chosen surgical method of biliary decompression. |
