A method for measuring absolute alpha radioactivity and identifying alpha-emitting-radionuclides using a low temperature detector and an apparatus using the same is provided to measure absolute alpha radioactivity accurately and identify alpha-emitting-radionuclides accurately by preventing alpha energy from being emitted outside. A method for measuring absolute alpha radioactivity and identifying alpha-emitting-radionuclides using a low temperature detector comprises following steps. An aurum foil formed sealing sample is prepared(S100). The aurum foil is set up at the low temperature detector(S200). The temperature signal according to the temperature change is obtained from the low temperature detector(S300). The amount of absolute radiation of radionuclide is measured from the temperature signal and the nuclide is determined(S400).
