A shock-absorbing structure for a small wheel having a simple structure is provided, and a roller blade using the same is provided. A shock-absorbing and supporting structure of a wheel comprises: a wheel(2); a shaft member installed in a hub of the wheel by means of a hub bearing; a fixing plate(6) fixedly adhered to the bottom surface of an object to be installed; and elastic members(14) each of which consists of a fixed end(16) fixedly adhered onto the bottom surface of the fixing plate and a moving end(18) connected to both sides of the shaft member of the wheel. The shock-absorbing and supporting structure of the wheel is vertically moved by rotating the shaft member of the wheel while the elastic member is elastically constricted when an impact is applied to the shock-absorbing and supporting structure of the wheel from the ground.
