The device (1) has a flexible sealed protection part protecting a tubular extension (7) i.e. sleeve, and provided with a cylindrical portion (102) and a variable longitudinal dimension portion (101) i.e. accordion shaped deformable portion, where the part is in the form of a cap. A flexible annular part (103) is interposed between a part of a case wall (24) and a surface of a structure (2) i.e. sheet metal wall, situated on the side of an engine compartment of a cab interior. The part (103) is integrated to the case wall by a fixation unit (6) i.e. screw, whose end faces the cab interior. The protection and the annular parts form a flexible monolithic piece made of elastomer material.
