A heating boiler is provided to offer environmentally-friendly effects by using electricity, and to offer excellent heating efficiency for a short time conveniently and efficiently. A heating boiler(10) includes a sealing outer body(100), an inner body(150), a heating unit installation unit(300), a heating unit(400), a coil pipe(200), and a heating transfer medium(500). The inner body is installed at the inside of the outer body, and forms a vacuum chamber(154). The installation unit is formed on the vacuum chamber. The heating unit is mounted on the heating unit installation unit. The coil pipe is winded on an outer circumference of the inner body. The heating transfer medium is included in the vacuum chamber. |
