Provided is a manufacturing method of a functional charcoal composition which is easily molded and has high utilization by reinforcing strength of charcoal while maintaining an inherent shape of charcoal to prevent beneficial inherent functions of charcoal from being damaged. A manufacturing method of a functional charcoal composition comprises: a processing step(S100) of removing projected portions and impurities from a circular charcoal and washing the charcoal from which the projected portions and impurities have been removed; a bonding step(S200) of injecting the charcoal and a binder into a frame larger than the charcoal and hardening the binder; and a molding and finishing step(S300) of separating the hardened charcoal composition from the frame, cutting the separated charcoal composition to a predetermined size, and finishing the charcoal composition.
