A water saving device is provided to control the quantity of tap water and to cut off the water supply without using two hands, and to have a water saving function and a water pressure control function without using electricity. A water saving device(5-1) is provided to control the amount of tap water and to cut off the water supply without using two hands by cutting out the front edge of an upper plate of a sink or the bottom of an upper plate as much as the size of an angle of a valve and installing a control lever to the cut-out edge or bottom of the upper plate of the sink to be controllable horizontally. |
