MGP, THE MARKERS FOR DIAGNOSING HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA, A KIT COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PREDICTING HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA USING THE MARKER

A MGP marker for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma is provided to accurately and easily diagnose and early determine hepatocellular carcinoma. A composition for detecting a marker to diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma comprises an agent for measuring the expression level of MGP(Matrix Gla protein). The agent is an antibody, primer, or probe. A kit for detecting the marker to diagnose contains the composition. A microarray for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma contains a MGP marker. A method to offer necessary information in diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma is provided to detect the MGP marker by comparing the expression level between normal cell and carcinoma cell.
