A multilayer window and a mobile terminal with the same are provided to enable a user to directly remove a transparent plate one plate by one plate when a window protecting a display unit is scratched or a color of the window is changed, thereby keeping a high transparent state of the display unit and saving resources. A window(230) protecting a display unit comprises a plurality of transparent plates and an adhesive. The transparent plates cover the display unit and are laminated. The adhesive is respectively interposed among a plurality of transparent plates. The adhesive separately combines the transparent plates.
