An engine control method of a vehicle is provided to reduce revolution per minute to value fixed in advance when revolution per minute and the load of an engine control unit are greater than first limit value and second limit value. An engine control method of a vehicle comprises: a step(101) receiving the load of an engine control unit and the revolution per minute supplied from outside; and a step(109) reducing revolution per minute to the value fixed in advance in case(103) the revolution per minute and the load of the engine control unit are greater than first limit value and second limit value.
