The process comprises preparing an inoculum bacteria from a consortium bacteria in the presence of appropriate nutrients, storing effluents (21) to be treated and then measuring their production, periodically discharging a predetermined volume of effluents in a biological treatment tank (2), periodically inoculating the effluents with inoculum bacteria in the treatment tank, transferring the treated effluents towards a settling tank (4) for separating the settled sludge and clear effluent, and transferring the clear effluents towards a filtration tank (5). The consortium bacteria comprises aerobic saprotrophic bacteria to degrade the organic materials and phytopharmaceutical products, Acinetobacter, Bacillus, Enterobacter, and Pseudomonas. The effluents are aerated or agitated in the treatment tank for maintaining the aerobic conditions. A flocculation additive is supplied in the settling tank. An independent claim is included for an installation the treatment of aqueous effluents loaded with organic materials and containing phytopharmaceutical products.
|
