A method for manufacturing the Phellinus linteu Mycelium cultivation Morus alba L. tea comprises the steps of inoculating 1-20 weight% of the Phellinus linteu Mycelium spawn to the PDB medium and shaking dark culturing it at 20°C~35°C for 3~7 days to prepare a preincubation liquid; mixing 10 weight% ~50 weight% Morus alba L., 10 weight% ~50 weight% of the leaves of Morus alba L., 5 weight% ~10 weight% of the stem of Morus alba L. and 1 weight% ~5 weight% of the root of Morus alba L., adding 1 weight% ~10 weight% of red insam (ginseng steamed red), 1 weight% ~10 weight% of the corm of a hemp and 1 weight% ~10 weight% of Paeonia lactiflora PALL. to it, and pulverizing it into 50 mesh ~100 mesh; heating and rubbing it in a pan of 120°C~180°C; putting 10 weight% ~50 weight% of distilled water to it to sterilizing it, and inoculating 1 weight% ~20 weight% of the preincubation liquid to it; dark culturing shaking it at 20°C~35°C for 5~12 days; sterilizing it in a dryer at 90°C for 30~60 min, and drying it at 70°C for 24~48 hours to reduce the water content of 7% or less; and pulverizing it to 100 mesh ~200 mesh and packaging it.
