PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 1 to 97.9 mass% of an epoxy group-containing vinyl copolymer resin; (B) 1 to 97.9 mass% of a rubber reinforced aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; (C) 1 to 97.9 mass% of a polyester resin; and (D) 0.1 to 97 mass% of an amorphous cycloalkane diol modified polyester, wherein the total amount of (A) to (D) is 100 mass%.
