<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a roller for OA equipment, a method which improves heat conductivity by making thinner the thickness of a surface layer made of a fluororesin layer, which excels in mold releasability as well as prevents deterioration of a rubber layer, and which has no sticking of foreign objects on the inner face of a cylindrical mold if it is used, and also to provide a roller for OA equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a roller for OA equipment, in which an elastic layer and a surface layer are formed in this order on a core bar. The method is characterized in that the surface layer is formed using fluororesin dispersion in which the total content of a surface active agent, thickener and viscosity improver is 1.0-5.0 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
