PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing device preventing automatic photographing from being erroneously performed, and also to provide a program thereof. SOLUTION: When it is determined that a shutter key 8 is fully pressed down in a step S7, differential values between adjacent pixels included in an auto shutter area about each of five frame images to be later acquired are acquired (S10), and differences of the differential values of respective frame images are acquired as an evaluation value (S13). Then, it is determined whether the highest evaluation value among the acquired evaluation values is equal to or higher than a prescribed value (S17), a warning message is displayed when it is equal to or higher than the prescribed value (S18), and a threshold (allowable range) for an automatic photographing trigger corresponding to the highest evaluation value is set when it is less than the prescribed value (S19).
