PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water discharge device, discharging a washing water in which bubbles or a detergent is mixed from a discharge nozzle at high pressure utilizing tap water pressure, easily removing dirt of a material to be washed, eliminating the need of washing with hands to prevent the hands from getting rough, and adjusting a supply flow to the discharge nozzle to heighten the washing force while restraining splashing of water. SOLUTION: This washing water discharge device 30 includes: a discharge nozzle 1, which takes tap water supplied from a water supply passage 33 branching off a tap water faucet as washing water, mixes at least either bubbles or a detergent in the washing water and discharges the same; and a flow adjusting part 90 for adjusting a supply water quantity per unit time to the interior of the discharge nozzle 1.
