<p>The component has a base plate (100) activating an acoustic wave. Carrier devices (17, 18, 27, 28) are mechanically fastened in interior of the base plate in a fastening or wave knot region. The fastening region is substantially limited to a region of the base plate in wave propagation direction such that wave knot occurs during oscillations of the base plate. The carrier device has a contact device that is connected outside of the base plate for electrically contacting contact surfaces (13, 14, 23, 24).</p> |
