<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction-heating apparatus for preventing heat objective materials from being adhered to each other when the heat objective materials are heated to high temperature in the continuous conveying type induction-heating apparatus, and for preventing generation of cooling in the heated material in the case of stopping a forming machine due to any trouble, etc., and a heating method using the induction-heating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The induction-heating apparatus for heating the material to be heated as a raw material for hot-forging, is provided with: a continuous heating type induction-heating furnace for heating the plurality of materials to be heated while conveying them in order; a multi-number of accommodating type induction-heating furnace, in which a plurality of heating coils are provided at multi-lines and the materials to be heated with this continuous heating type induction-heating furnace, are separately accommodated in the multi-series and the multi-lines; and a multi-accommodating type uniformed heat temperature holding furnace, in which the uniform heat temperature-holding chambers having the same number and the same positions of the heating coils of the multi-accommodating type induction-heating furnace, is arranged and the materials to be heated with the multi-number of accommodating type induction-heating furnace, are separately accommodated in the multi-series and the multi-lines, and can uniformly be heated to attain heat insulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
