<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel especially using a carbon nano-tube and a display using the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel includes a substrate, a transparent conductive structure disposed on one surface of the substrate, and a plurality of electrodes. The transparent conductive structure includes a plurality of carbon nano-tube wires. Both ends of each carbon nano-tube wire are electrically connected to different electrodes.
