PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixing agent for a hydraulic composition which can afford good initial fluidity (kneadability), viscosity-reducing effects and fluidity-retaining ability to the hydraulic composition. SOLUTION: This admixing agent for a hydraulic composition contains a specific alkenylether-based copolymer [compound (1)] and two kinds of specific polycarboxylic acid-based copolymers [compound (2), (3)] different in alkylene oxide addition molar numbers, at specific ratios.
