PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gear in which a transmission gear part and a clutch gear part are integrated by only a cold forging process, and to provide a transmission gear that maintains strength in the gear by eliminating a machining process to leave a fiber composition called a metal flow inside a tooth profile by forge forming and simplifies the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This transmission gear comprises a disc-like bottom plate and an annular gear part. The annular gear part comprises an outer peripheral clutch gear part and an inner peripheral transmission gear part. The clutch gear part includes a spline gear parallel to the axis, and the transmission gear part includes a spar gear or a helical gear. Each of the gear parts is formed by cold forging, and the gear parts are integrally erected on the disc-like bottom plate by cold forging. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
