<p>The present invention relates to an emergency signal transmitting and receiving device of a crime and disaster preventing system. The present invention also relates to a device for sensing a state of a cable. The present invention has the advantages that an appropriate action to the emergency state can be achieved. The first embodiment of the present invention can be achieved by a cable sensor, a database and an interpreting device etc. of the emergency state. The second embodiment of the present invention can also be achieved by a simple structure of a permanent magnet, a transformer and an interpreting device etc. of the emergency state.</p> |
