<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality protecting apparatus which has low current consumption and a small area, monitors an abnormal temperature state and a low voltage state, and generates an abnormality protecting signal. <P>SOLUTION: An abnormality protecting circuit 15 has a temperature detector 151 to generate a voltage signal Va according to a temperature, a low-voltage detector 152 to generate a voltage signal Vb according to a power supply voltage Vcc, and a comparator 153 to generate the abnormality protecting signal S2 by comparing one of the voltage signals Va and Vb with a prescribed threshold voltage Vc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
