PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning/disinfection device capable of preventing flow supplied to an endoscope conduit from lowering, and reading a marker provided on the surface of a brush insertion part out with a photosensor so as to reliably control movements of the brush insertion part. SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning/disinfection device 1 includes a device body 4 with a cleaning tank 6 to be equipped with an endoscope 2, a cleaning nozzle detachment/attachment part 31, 32 that is provided on the cleaning tank 6 so as to be applied to a conduit providing part 23, 24, a tube part 51 formed of a transparent member, a cleaning brush 50 with a sensing part 53 that is provided on the outer surface of the tube part 51 and a brush part 52 for brush-cleaning, a cleaning brush unit 40 composed of a brush derivation part 41 including a brush container part 42 to contain the tube part 51, a control conduit 44 with a derivation hole 44a to control swing while the tube part 51 moves, and a supply conduit 43 with a supply hole 43a, and a marker sensor 38 to sense the sensing part 53 provided on the tube part 51.
